Pay per event, or once a year
A plan is priced on how many people come to one event. Annual is about six times the per-event price, so the sixth event of the year is free. Nothing is charged for a free event's tickets, on any plan.
These prices are indicative. They are the placeholders in our own pricing document and have not been signed off for launch. Ask us for a quote and we will honour it.

What happens when more people come than you expected
Nothing stops at the door. Ever. We count the most people your event held on any day, and if that is over your plan's cap you are billed for the difference three days after the event closes — long enough for the cancellations to settle.

You are warned by email and in the admin at 80% and again at 100% of the cap, with the upgrade that would zero the overage one click away. On Free, and only on Free, registration closes at the cap instead — upgrade and it reopens.
If you charge for tickets
Money goes to your own Stripe account; we never hold it. What EntryWick takes from each paid ticket is below — Stripe's own processing fee is separate and comes from them, never estimated by us. A free ticket costs nothing on any plan.

Run it on your own server
Enterprise includes a licensed install: the same software, on hardware you control, in a country you choose, with your own Stripe account and no ticket fee to us. One command installs it on a clean Ubuntu server; a signed key sets its cap and its features and is checked offline.
