Events. Access. Momentum.
Registration, tickets and check-in for organizations that know their people.
Eventbrite sells tickets to strangers. EntryWick runs events for organizations with a membership, a roster or a hierarchy — where you already know who should turn up, and need them registered, ticketed, reminded and through the gate without a spreadsheet in sight.
No card. 100 people on your first event, free for good.
Why not the tool you already tried
The others are built for selling to a public. The work you have is different: the people are yours, they come in families and groups, and somebody has to count them at a door.

Start from a whole event, not an empty form
Each of these is a complete event in a file: its days, its kinds of attendee, where people are scanned, the forms they fill in, the emails they get and the checklist for the morning. Pick the closest, answer a handful of questions, publish. Everything in it is yours to change.

Four things that only matter on the day
Count people twice, on purpose
Check a family in at their own school, club or congregation early in the morning, then confirm them at the venue. Both counts are real, and the gate knows which one it is looking at.
A family is one thing
One email can carry every ticket in a household. A youth can enter on the adult’s ticket where you allow it. Nobody has to invent a second address for a nine-year-old.
It works with no signal
The scanner is offline first. It decides at the door, queues what it recorded, and uploads when signal comes back — and the same ticket cannot get two people in, even through two phones at once.
Everybody sees their own branch
A group lead opens their own roster and nothing else. Search never answers with somebody outside their branch, not even to say they exist.
What each plan includes
Every line here is something the software actually checks, not a promise on a page. Prices and the worked example are on the pricing page.

Who is running on it
EntryWick was built for a two-day event of four thousand people, and it is in pilot with the organizations running the next ones. Their names go here when they say we may use them.
